TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- The ticket number range will be 1-100. Only 100 tickets are available for purchase.
- In order to be eligible for the 100 Club draws in any calendar month, cleared and full payment must be received to the Philip’s Footprints bank account on the 1st working day of the calendar month by standing order. The 100 Club runs from January to December, with 12 monthly draws.
- Eligible ticket numbers will be entered into the draw, which will take place on the 15th of each month. Results of the draw will be published on the Philips Footprints and Memory Maker websites and social media channels as soon as possible after the draw has taken place. Winners will also be notified by email or text by the Promoter.
- No refunds will be given on tickets purchased, except where the draw is cancelled, or the ticket is declared void.
- Philip’s Footprints reserves the right to
undertake an age verification check if deemed necessary in order to comply with
the Jersey Gambling Commission Regulations.
- Tickets will only be issued to the individual named on the application form and cannot be given as gifts to another individual, even if the intended recipient is over the age of 18.
- Prizes will only be paid to the named individual owner of the ticket.
- In the event of a winner being uncontactable the prize money is kept for a period of 6 months from the date of the relevant draw and any prize money not claimed becomes the property of Philip’s Footprints
